You might have noticed my absence these past two weeks…the sourdough fever hit me – my sleep and as a consequence my days … and actions …

I am slowly getting some presentable results and will not hold back this delicious sandwich: home made olive sourdough bread with home made relish, mortadella, truffel peccorino and basil … a gift from heaven 🙂
