My favorite meals are the ones I can put together with restis…or leftovers. Today’s lunch was extremely tasty and got rid of a few restis: leftover Brussels sprouts, which I quickly heated up and then garnished with chèvre frais, lemon zest, chopped roasted hazelnuts as well as a drizzle of olive oil and some fresh pepper. To ensure this holds until dinner, I added a slice of homemade whole wheat bread.
