The first wild garlic

After my first 20 min run in a year and just before an inspriring webinar for International Women’s Day, a quick and nearly entirely homemade sandwich gives me strengh for the afternoon ahead.

The first of wild garlic in my kitchen this season gives the sandwich a nice and sharp edge, which blends in perfectly with the homemade whole wheat and spelt bread topped with my sweet-and-sour relish.
