What is a balanced meal for you? Do you have a list of what you should resp should not be eating? Do you trust your cravings?
For last night’s dinner party I went for what my guests and I like, knowing that all in all it is a balanced meal: hummus and beetroot hummus served with homemade sourdough bread, followed by an excellent quality steak served with a crunchy green salad (the peas were just the start of a tasty spring salad) and some rice cooked in the oven with cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and cinnamon sticks. Dessert was a polenta, olive oil and roasted strawberries cake.
