Cauliflower cake

Inspired by the great Ottolenghi, this tasty cauliflower cake was a welcome snack with a glass of blanc de blanc last night.

The dough is half whole wheat flour and half regular wheat flour, I omitted two eggs and used more cauliflower. All in all a satisfying savory cake, which surprised the guests not only because of its beauty.
