Tahini and lime salad sauce

I was looking forward to freshness … a fresh salad with an equally fresh sauce.

The combination of tahini, lime zest and juice as well as freshly pressed garlic gave the lamb‘s lettuce a nice nip, whilst the beetroot added it‘s round earthy taste.

Will definitely try more sauces with tahini … so watch this space…
