Moqueca de peixe – a reunion


I can’t recommend this dish highly enough: three different tastes and textures of fish/seafood, the creaminess of coconut milk and the tang of a garlic, corriander and lime marinade.

Served in a bowl of hearty rice this is a warm hug both for your soul and your stomach.
