It was worth the wait …


We had a fun and rather unconventional Easter dinner last Sunday with family and friends: pizza festival.

As a consequence (I believe) and only since last night, I have been craving pulled lamb. Luckily my favorite butcher at the weekly market had a super tasty lamb shoulder, which made a perfect addition to my healthy salad … as a first. More dishes with the pulled lamb to follow.

The salad was made of crunchy romaine lettuce, some leaves of the last grumolo of this season as well as the season‘s first tomatoes and some spicy radishes.

It was definitely worth the wait!
