World Pasta Day
Just a couple of days ago, we marked World Pasta Day (25.10), and I took a moment to reflect on what pasta means to me: the World!
I mean, come on, is there anything more comforting, loving, and soul-filling than a plate of heavenly pasta? Some folks might tease Italians for living on pasta, and you know what? They’re onto something! But can you blame us? Just feast your eyes on this tiny pasta selection and try to disagree with me:
– Orechiette with puntarella
– Penne with cime di rapa and roasted hazelnuts
– Orechiette with fennel sausage, tomato sauce, and ricotta salata
– Casarecce with roasted figs
– Radiatori with roasted mushrooms
– Calamarata and potatoes served with salsiccia and zucchini
