Just do it

It has been a while that I wanted to just try my own receipe…somehow I did not dare. Tonight seemed like the right time and I am very proud of what came out of 35 mins wizzing through the kichen: chicken with preserved lemon, olives and potatoes with sumac…a winner 😋
