And a first for this season


Whoever believes that winter is less attractive than other seasons in terms of local food products (I am referring to Central Europe) does not spend enough time on the markets.

For me a first this season…but a very welcome returning guest to my kitchen is catalogna. This slightly bitter green is lovely with some pasta after it has quickly been brought to boil and then tossed in olive oil with some garlic.
